Very disappointed with overall experience. I am still without a working phone and because apple decided to not have USB on their new laptops, i cannot restart my phone using my computer. There is room for improvement when handling situations like this. Now, i worked retail and understand that at times you are very busy, but i would have at least liked some help booking an appointment for later that day.

I explained that I did not have access to a landline of any other cellular device to contact apple support, again i was told there is nothing we can do, we are at capacity. comes back and a basically tells me there is nothing they can do because they are booked for the day. I quickly explained the situation and he said he would speak to the manager to see what they could do. A very friendly security guard (the only pleasant part of this experience) asked what I was there for. The store was still closed when I arrived so I waited patiently in the designated area. Since I have never experienced this before i decided it would be best to take it to the store. I have never been so disappointed with an Apple store or service as i was this morning, (and I have been a customer for over 10 years.) Today as my phone decide to stop working, and was ,flashing the Apple logo on and off. Its incredible to me that they took away a working phone to give me three separate broken phones. After three trips to the AT&T store, they insist that it is a phone issue and I must go back to apple. I need more than just sorry at this point.UPDATE: Back home now and the loaner phone does not work. Not to get flagged when they mess up and waste several days trying to get it fixed just to be treated like a criminal when they make the mistakes. The reason to work with Apple is to have reliable products and excellent customer service. Each time ive had to reset my phone its an hours long process, hour round trip drive to the store.This is not great incentive to stick with Apple. Hours Ive spent now equate to a whole work day, and Im not done. Most of the people that Ive interacted with have been nice but apologies only gets so far. Ive spent 5.5 hours at the apple store and counting - still waiting for my temporary phone an iPhone 7 as a loaner for my XS. Apple Barton Creek gave me two replacement phones in a row with hardware failures and flagged ME.
